If you would like to have an NPO registered but don't know how. Well, we provide all the assistance needed. In fact, we will register your NPO for you. All you need is the following:

1. Minimum of 3 board members

2. NPO entity name you wish to register.

3. Certified ID copies of all board members (Not older than 3 months)

4. Contact details and physical address details of all board members

5. Printer (If you cannot meet Mr. F Swanlow within Kimberley to sign your constitution document

6. Main Objectives (Type of NPO you would like to register)

If you have no idea on how to set up your objectives, we can do that for you, all you need to do, is share the ideas on what you would like your NPO organisation to provide to the community, etc.

Our Costs:

• Constitution Set-up fee = R80

• Objectives Set-up fee = R50

• Registration Service fee = R20

The Application Process:

• After all documents and information has been sent to us, Mr. F Swanlow will then Start with the set-up of your Constitution. If you would like Mr. F Swanlow to set up your objectives, this will become the first step which the constitution will become 2nd within the setup period.

• After the Objectives has been compiled with the constitution, you and your board members will be required to sign the constitution. If you or any of your board members cannot meet Mr. F Swanlow to sign the constitution, we will then email the constitution for signature which you or your board member should print, sign and resend the signed constitution document to the email address you received the document from.

• If this is done, Registration will then take place.

• If the registration is complete, you as chairperson will then receive a reference number for your application.

Note:

• It can take 30-60 days to receive your NPO number, which means, your NPO is registered by then.

• It can take 60-90 days to have the Registration certificate ready for collection at your regional office for NPO's.

• You will be kept up to dated regarding your NPO certificate and registration.
